Your Smile Discovery Session includes a discussion about your smile goals, a clinical assessment, and a personalised explanation of potential treatment options.

Am I eligible for the $100 Smile Transformation Credit?

The welcome credit is available to new patients referred by an existing patient of Underwood Dental Care, Maudsland Dental Care or QVA who proceed with a QVA smile transformation treatment plan.

Does the consultation guarantee I can receive cosmetic treatment?

Eligibility
This oﬀer is available to new patients referred by an existing patient of:
• Underwood Dental Care
• Maudsland Dental Care
• QVA
Patients must be 18 years or older.

The Oﬀer
Eligible new patients will receive a $100 credit deducted from the total cost of an approved QVA Smile Transformation treatment plan.
Applicable treatments may include:
• Clear aligner orthodontics
• Porcelain veneers
• Cosmetic bonding
• Orthodontic treatment
• Other smile transformation procedures recommended by the treating clinician
The credit will be applied after the patient proceeds with an approved treatment plan following their consultation.

All patients must first attend a QVA Smile Transformation consultation. Standard consultation fees apply and are not covered by the $100 credit.
Treatment recommendations will be based solely on clinical assessment and individual patient needs.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be transferred to another patient
